Persons that wish to accompany a Delegate and are interested in the social program, can be registered by the Delegate as Accompanying persons.

Delegates attending the congress are able to register 1 accompanying person while completing their registration*.

Social events attendance

The registration fee is 100,00€ per accompanying person and includes:

• Admission to the Welcome Reception
• Admission to the Gala Dinner

Please note that Accompanying persons have no access to the Scientific program sessions/coffee breaks/lunches.

Tours & Excursions

Accompanying persons can also be signed up for participation at the Conference excursions.

All excursions are realised with official English speaking guides and transfers in luxurious coach
